Refund policy
At WuffTees, all our products are made to order. While we don’t typically accept returns, we want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.
1. Non-Returnable Items
Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns for:
- Incorrect sizing (please consult our [Size Guide] before ordering).
- Change of mind
- Gift cards.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly offer a full refund or replacement. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order with the following details:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the issue.
Email us at hello@wufftees.com to initiate the refund or exchange process.
3. Refund Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@wufftees.com.
4. Cancellations and Order Changes
Due to the print-on-demand nature of our business, once an order is in production, we cannot accept cancellations or changes. If you need to adjust your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
