We currently ship within the USA. We’re working on expanding internationally, so stay tuned!

How much does shipping cost?

We keep it simple with flat rate shipping—just $5.75 for all orders. 🐾 And here’s the best part: if your order is over $75, shipping is on the house. 🥳

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days. Once shipped, you can expect your delivery in 2-7 business days via standard shipping.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your WuffTees right to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

Since each t-shirt is custom-made just for you, we don’t typically accept returns. However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we’re happy to offer a full refund. Simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase at hello@wufftees.com.

How do I request a refund for a damaged item?

If you receive a defective or damaged item, reach out to us at hello@wufftees.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right with a full refund or replacement.

Can I exchange my t-shirt for a different size?

As we custom-print each t-shirt to order, exchanges aren’t available. Please check our Size Chart to ensure you select the right size.

We offer free shipping on orders over $75 within the USA. Standard shipping takes 2-7 business days once your order is shipped. We keep it simple with flat rate shipping.

  • Free shipping on orders over $75! 🥳
  • Orders with only T-Shirts & Tank Tops: Just $5.75 flat rate shipping.
  • Orders with Hoodies or Sweatshirts: $9.50 flat rate (due to size and weight).

Return Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you’re eligible for a full refund. Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Custom-made items do not qualify for regular returns.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is in production, we may not be able to make adjustments.
